Anna Maria Fabbri
Managing Director and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors
Anna Maria Fabbri has been working in the financial
industry for over 30 years. At renowned banks in
Switzerland, she got to know and appreciate all
aspects of investment advice and asset management
and has been supporting an international clientele
during all these years. After various positions and
experiences in the banking world, she joined the
Aquila Group in 2016 as an independent asset
manager, where she still looks after her long-standing
and loyal customers in her Family Office.
Max Cotting
Founder of the Aquila Group
Max Cotting is the founder and main shareholder of
Aquila AG, a bank and platform for asset managers.
Until February 2021, he headed the entire Group as
its CEO and has served as a member of the Board of
Directors since his resignation. At the beginning of
his career, Mr. Cotting served as Chairman of the
Executive Board of Bank Heusser in Basel and as a
member of the Executive Board of Clariden Bank
Group in Zurich. From 1987 to 1992 he was Head of
Investment Consulting, Stock Exchange and Foreign
Exchange Trading at the Solothurn Cantonal Bank in
Solothurn, which promoted him to a member of the
Executive Board. From 1975 to 1987, Max Cotting
worked for Credit Suisse as an investment adviser in
St. Moritz, Basel, Olten, Zurich and New York. During
this time, he trained as a Swiss Certified Bank Officer
and also completed Credit Suisse's International
Financial and Commercial Management Program in
New York.
Vivien Jain
Member of the Board of Directors
After completing her Master's degree, Vivien Jain
worked for several years as a lawyer in the field of
Financial Regulatory Services at PwC AG, Zurich. In
June 2014, she joined Aquila AG as Head of the
Compliance Team and took over as overall Head of
the Legal, Compliance and Risk division in January
2016. As CEO, Vivien Jain has been responsible for
the overall operational management of the Aquila
Group since February 2021.
Christian B. Rosenow
Member of the Board of Directors
Christian Rosenow has been working in the financial
industry for over 40 years. After various positions at
renowned institutes in Switzerland and abroad, he
joined a private bank in Zurich at the beginning of the
1990s, where he was responsible for asset
management and research as a member of the
Executive Board in 1995. In 1997, Christian Rosenow
founded his own asset management company, which
he was able to successfully develop and manage. In
2017, the company was sold to a major financial
company in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Since
then, he has been managing two major investment
funds and acts as a board member in various
companies in the financial and the industrial sector.
Alexander C. Henzi
Member of the Board of Directors
As a Swiss Certified Auditor, Alex Henzi has over 38 years of experience in consulting, auditing and management responsibility in auditing for national and international financial services providers and banking institutions. He has a large network of Swiss and foreign clients, regulators of the financial industry and supervisory authorities. As an independent Member of the Board of Directors, he takes over the executive management of companies in the financial industry. In his previous operational capacity as a freelance consultant from 1983 to 2015, he had overall responsibility for the accounting of publicly listed companies. In doing so, he took over the supervision on behalf of FINMA and the ongoing reporting to FINMA as well as to banks, carried out audits to obtain bank licenses and acted as liquidator. Alex Henzi is an expert in the topics of money laundering, compliance, taxation, risk management and Basel I, II and III. During his senior position at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zurich and London until 1983, he managed an international client portfolio consisting mainly of banks. As part of his professional commitment, he joined the family-owned business Seehof Resort, Henzi & Co. in 1983. He was President of the Swiss Hotel Association of the Canton of Schwyz and President of the Gersau Tourism Association.
